9. Exchange/ Return Policy

• Can I Return an Item bought from you?

Yes, you can return as long as it is sealed and within a week of purchase. Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• If the product is used or the request is made after a week of purchase.
• Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer.

What should I do if I have an issue with my product after the return period?

Beauty Hub Nepal will not accept the return after the return period, No Exceptions.

Can I exchange a product?

• Yes if the item is sealed, has not been touched/ used and within 7 days of purchase, you may exchange.

• Can I return a part of my order?
  

Yes. A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for any individual item as long as it sealed is not opened and return within 7 days of a purchase.

• How do I return an item?

You have to visit our store to return an item you have purchased.

• I have received a damaged /defective /wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave from our store. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement or cancellation and refund if you report the problem a same day with a picture.

• I ordered a wrong item. Can I return it?

As long as it is not opened and sealed you may return. If the seal is opened, you will not be able to return the item. Also visit the store within a week of purchase or it shall not be returned.
