 How to use

1.Cleans the skin around the eyes and removes excess oil.

2.Gently lift the upper eyelid with your hand,the tip of the pen along the root of the eyelas,outline eyeline from the tip of the eye to the end of the eye.

3.If there is too much liquid eyeliner,let the pen tip up and left to stand 10 seconds before use to avoid excessive liquid eyeliner accumulation at the nib.
